Dance.

Dance to me is the greatest form of art. You can express feelings, values, and/or an experience you've been through. In high school, I did guard and we performed different shows. Winterguard, my sophomore year, we did a show on women's rights. Personally, this was my favorite show because the message we were trying to get across was greatly portrayed. Junior year, we did a show about a boy you love going around and being with other girls and after you find out you leave him, because you realize you are a strong woman. Guard is very important to me and I miss it terribly. It was a great way to express how you are feeling at the time. Click on the following link....
