Art is a form of expression. Graffiti is how someone expresses how they are feeling. What makes graffiti such a debatable topic is because of the places graffiti is found. The most common places to find graffiti is on buildings, old deserted houses, old train cars, subways' walls, and on people's property. Graffiti varies from the simplicity of words to elaborate wall paintings. In most countries, defacing property with graffiti without the property owner's consent is vandalism. But despite that fact, graffiti is STILL art.
