This painting is a perfect example of human struggle, because it represents the workers who struggled during the Great Depression all over the world, because when our market crashed, the worlds economy went with it, and brought hardships to many people. The man is the painting does not enjoy the beauty of flowers or symbolically life because he is so concentrated on working and making a living.
